Syan is the sole owner of the information collected on the Site. Syan collects only the following information:

• Site access data is collected monthly, including company names, the information accessed and length of time spent accessing the Site. There is no personal data collected at this point.
• Information supplied through use of the "Contact Us" forms. This information normally includes personal data such as contact names.
• Information supplied to Syan through use of the e-mail addresses included on the site. This information normally includes personal data.
• Information collected will only be used for sales and marketing purposes by, and on behalf of, Syan. Information collected will not be sold to any third parties.
• Information collected is subject to procedures and practices for information security management, which have been assessed as part of Syan's certification to BS7799.

Unless specifically requested otherwise, Syan may retain the information provided via the website for marketing purposes, excluding information provided solely via the 'jobs@syan.co.uk' e-mail address.

No other information is collected from the site.
